Role Overview

DHR Enterprise AI Solutions identifies opportunities, builds reusable AI solutions, and scales measurable business impact across Danaher operating companies.

The Senior Business Analyst and Value Tracking role establishes, measures, and communicates the business value of Enterprise AI initiatives.

The role partners with AI Product Owners, business stakeholders, Digital and Technology teams, and operating companies.

Value Measurement

  • Define and implement value measurement frameworks for AI products and enterprise AI programs.
  • Measure productivity, revenue, quality, customer experience, and cost savings metrics.
  • Identify baseline metrics, establish success criteria, and quantify realized business outcomes with business stakeholders.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and other analytics platforms.
  • Provide visibility into AI portfolio performance.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems to generate actionable recommendations for business and technology leaders.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, value realization, strategy analytics, financial analytics, or program analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, reporting tools, SQL, Excel, data visualization techniques, Python, and Azure Data Platform.
  • Experience defining KPIs, business metrics, and performance measurement frameworks for digital, software, AI, or transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI, generative AI, machine learning, or digital transformation programs.
  • Experience with value realization, benefits tracking, or portfolio management practices.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
