Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, customer events, corporate meetings, and other strategic programs.
• Manage venues, registration, shipping, collateral, promotional materials, vendors, event setup, execution, teardown, and on-site operations.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to drive attendee engagement and successful delivery.
• Capture and manage event-generated leads in Eloqua and maintain event documentation, budgets, timelines, and operational data.
• Analyze attendee metrics, lead generation, budget performance, post-event results, and ROI.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, event management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in event planning, event marketing, conference management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for managing priorities, budgets, timelines, and vendors.
• Exceptional attention to detail, process excellence, accuracy, communication, collaboration, problem solving, and adaptability.
• Global travel is approximately 25%, and the role requires the ability to lift 30 pounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Eloqua, Cvent, Sales Cloud, or other registration and lead management tools is a plus.
• Exposure to global or multi-regional event planning is a plus.
• Knowledge of event marketing, attendee engagement, lead generation, and ROI analysis is a plus.
