Role overview

Location

• The position is remote, with the employee required to be within commuting distance of the New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles offices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape revenue strategy.
• Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic for dashboards and AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring trusted outputs.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable growth opportunities and performance improvements.
• Deliver insights on time, automate recurring reporting, and continuously improve data models.
• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams on revenue data foundations, ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and BigQuery pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or a similar role.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases and 3 years developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; BigQuery knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows.
• Strategic analytical ability to turn data into measurable business outcomes, excellent verbal and written communication, and a proactive, practical approach.
• Online marketing and advertising industry experience is preferred.

Compensation

• The stated base salary range is USD 167,500–234,500 per year.
• The role is eligible for restricted stock units and may be eligible for commission depending on the position offered.
