The role is a Senior Business Analyst position supporting user-centred products and services across multidisciplinary teams.
Role responsibilities
- Analyse complex business problems and user needs using evidence, develop options, and recommend solutions.
- Map user and organisational needs to business architecture in line with service vision and strategy.
- Define capabilities, support organisational change, and shape operating models.
- Lead business analysis and process re-engineering for organisational transformation.
- Collaborate with service, product, and delivery leaders to inform priorities and delivery.
- Investigate issues, communicate findings, and implement improvements.
- Promote the Business Analysis community of practice and share best practice.
- Line-manage and mentor junior Business Analysts.

- Listed salary is £60,732–£71,296, including allowances; the stated range varies by location and technical skills assessed at interview.
