Senior Business Development Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for parking management services and smart parking solutions.
• Generate leads and build strong relationships with clients, property developers, malls, hotels, hospitals, residential communities, and government entities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with operations and technical departments to ensure proper project execution and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Attend business meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions to promote company services.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Monitor customer requirements and provide customized parking and mobility solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and business standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• UAE experience in parking management, facilities management, smart technology, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of parking systems, valet operations, mobility solutions, and facility services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple business opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
