Lead technical operation, support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and service continuity for the broadcast and IPTV/OTT headend environment.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in broadcast, IPTV/OTT, headend, or similar operational environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with broadcast/headend operations and encoding and transcoding platforms.
- Experience with RF, satellite, IRDs, DVB-S/S2, L-band, RF fiber, and RF distribution systems.
- Knowledge of MPEG-TS, DVB, SDI, IP video, multicast, and streaming technologies.
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, including services, logs, storage, networking, and system health.
- Knowledge of IP networking, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, multicast, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
- Experience with NMS/monitoring platforms, incident management, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with Ateme TITAN, Evertz, Wisi Tangram, or Synamedia is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a shift-based, 24/7 operational support environment.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot broadcast and headend systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to support reliable operations.
- Maintain service continuity across the headend environment.
