Role overview
Supports the Senior MEP Engineer in managing and maintaining mechanical systems at the NEOM Primary Nursery Facility.
Helps ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of HVAC, plumbing, hydraulic, elevator, and related systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance activities and troubleshoot faults.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in mechanical systems design, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, hydraulics, plumbing, conveyors, and other mechanical systems.
- Experience in preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections.
- Experience in equipment testing, commissioning, and facility handover.
- Good knowledge of SAP and MAXIMO maintenance management systems.
- Knowledge of engineering standards, quality assurance, quality control, and HSE procedures.
- Excellent written and spoken English; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to supervise contractors, coordinate with stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
