Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple international markets. Based in Dubai, this role holds regional responsibility for brand growth across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Latin America.

The successful candidate will operate as a senior individual contributor and regional brand leader, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive brand equity, market differentiation, and long-term commercial impact within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Brand Strategy & Governance

  • Define, own, and execute regional brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth priorities
  • Establish consistent brand positioning frameworks that strengthen trust, credibility, and regulatory alignment
  • Act as a regional brand governance lead, ensuring brand integrity across markets, channels, and partners
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence and performance data

Market Localization & Regulatory Alignment

  • Lead localization of brand messaging, creative assets, and product communications across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
  • Ensure full compliance with financial advertising regulations and internal governance standards in each market
  • Oversee multilingual content strategy (including English and Arabic), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance

Integrated Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand and performance marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Oversee influencer, KOL, and strategic content partnerships with strict adherence to brand and compliance requirements
  • Direct brand representation at fintech forums, industry conferences, and regional exhibitions
  • Drive development of localized onboarding, education, and trust-building initiatives

User Growth, Trust & Lifecycle Management

  • Develop structured trust-building frameworks incorporating licensing disclosures, security messaging, and product transparency
  • Design and oversee activation, engagement, and retention programs tailored to regional user behaviors
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Operations teams to enhance user lifecycle management and re-engagement strategies

Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with financial institutions, industry bodies, and strategic partners
  • Lead co-branded initiatives and strategic collaborations to strengthen market presence and brand credibility

Data, Performance & Executive Reporting

  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs including CAC, activation, retention, conversion, and brand health metrics
  • Leverage analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide investment decisions
  • Prepare executive-level reports with clear insights, risks, and strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 6–8+ years of progressive brand or marketing experience within FinTech, financial services, or digital platforms
  • Proven experience managing multi-region or international brand initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise with digital advertising, analytics, and marketing technology platforms
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership capabilities
