About the Role
Dezzex is seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to design, build, and scale an enterprise-grade crypto payment gateway.
The platform will support stablecoin payments, traditional fiat bank payouts, Fireblocks custody, banking integrations, and multi-chain payment flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design backend microservices for crypto payments, merchant checkout widgets, invoices, and reconciliation.
- Integrate Fireblocks for vaults, wallets, transaction signing, treasury operations, webhooks, and policy enforcement.
- Build USDC and USDT payment flows across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base, and Tron.
- Integrate banking APIs, instant-payment networks, liquidity providers, foreign-exchange pricing, and merchant payouts.
- Build event indexers, monitoring systems, and webhooks for reorganizations, gas spikes, and partial payments.
- Apply key-management, transaction-signing, AML/KYT, and Travel Rule controls.
Must-Have Technical Experience
- Three to six or more years of software development experience, including at least two years of production-grade Web3 or blockchain development.
- Hands-on Fireblocks API or SDK integration experience.
- Deep payment gateway architecture knowledge, including payment intents, webhooks, reconciliation, double-entry ledgers, and transaction finality.
- Production experience with USDC and USDT flows across ERC-20, SPL, or TRC-20 standards.
- Proficiency in Node.js or TypeScript, Go, or Python for high-throughput backend services.
- Banking API or payment processor integration experience.
- Understanding of EVM smart contracts, Solidity or Vyper, and blockchain RPC tools such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Viem.
Location and Working Arrangements
- Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE, or India.
- Flexible working arrangements are available, while the posting also states that the work location is in person.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a crypto payment service provider, fintech company, or Web3 payment gateway.
- Experience with cross-chain swaps, DEX aggregators, or liquidity providers.
- Familiarity with GCC financial regulations or RBI digital-asset directives.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, Redis, or PostgreSQL.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 10,000–25,000 per month.
- The role may include performance bonuses and token or equity incentives.
