We are seeking a passionate **Senior Barista cum Supervisor** to lead café operations, deliver exceptional coffee, and create a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee (espresso, cappuccino, latte art, manual brews)
- Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality standards
- Create smoothies and mocktails with appealing presentation
- Supervise team and ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards
- Support inventory control and stock management
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ barista experience (with specialty coffee focus)
- Experience in smoothies and mocktail preparation
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting & brewing techniques
- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Specialty coffee background & latte art skills
