Hiring **Senior Backend Developer**

- Architect and implement high-performance APIs for our platform.
- Identify and resolve code inefficiencies, proposing effective technical solutions.
- Participate in technology evaluations and rapid prototyping of new concepts.
- Build maintainable, scalable, and performant systems following best practices in security and design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members in an agile environment, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Manage server and database infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Take full ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
- ***Requirements:***
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- **7+ years of backend development experience.**
- Strong proficiency in **PHP (preferred)** or other backend languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL or similar).
- Experience with AWS services such as **EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora** is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience designing and developing APIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for innovation and contributing to a dynamic engineering culture.
