Sales Agent

About This Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Retail Operations & Sales:

· Manage daily sales operations within the merchandising area

· Handle transactions (POS system), cash management, and reconciliation

· Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and reporting

· Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

Merchandising & Display:

· Curate and maintain product displays

· Ensure products are well-presented, labelled, and regularly restocked

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the retail area

Inventory Management:

· Track stock levels and coordinate for replenishment

· Maintain inventory logs and conduct regular stock counts

· Flag low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies

Customer Experience:

· Engage with visitors, provide product information, and promote items

· Educate customers on the story behind products and makers

Coordination & Reporting:

· Support tracking and sales reporting for each tenant

· Provide weekly/monthly sales reports and insights

· Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams on retail processes (PR/PO, invoicing if needed)

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2–4 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales (design/art/lifestyle preferred)

· Experience working with POS systems and inventory management

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends during events
