HR Generalist

  • **6 Months Contract Role**
  • on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.

Job Purpose

:The HR Generalist will primarily focus on HR operations and administrative activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day employee lifecycle management.

This role will manage attendance, leave, timesheets, and invoicing processes, while maintaining accurate records and supporting overall HR efficiency

.

Job Responsibilitie

  • n:Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentati
  • onEnsure proper filing and compliance with company policies and labor regulatio
  • nsHandle day-to-day HR administrative tasks efficient

lyLeave & Attendance Managemen

  • t:Monitor and manage employee attendance, absenteeism, and leave recor
  • dsMaintain accurate leave balances and ensure proper approva
  • lsGenerate attendance reports and address discrepanci
  • esTimesheet Managemen
  • t:Track and validate employee timesheets on a weekly/monthly bas
  • isCoordinate with employees and managers to ensure timely submissio
  • nsResolve discrepancies and ensure accurate data for payroll processi

ngPayroll & Invoicing Suppor

  • t:Provide accurate attendance and timesheet data inputs for payro
  • llAssist with invoice preparation related to manpower or client billi
  • ngCoordinate with finance teams for invoice validation and submissi
  • onEmployee Suppor
  • t:Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR polici
  • esEnsure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes from an administrative perspecti

  • ls:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equival
  • ent3–5 years of experience in HR operations/admin-focused r
  • oleStrong experience in attendance, leave, timesheet, and invoicing proces
  • sesGood understanding of payroll inputs and HR syst
