for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi office.
Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Emiratization Recruite
r for a
3-month temporary contrac
t.
The successful candidate will drive our local talent acquisition strategy, ensuring compliance with UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) mandates.
You will focus entirely on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified UAE National professionals across various business departments
.
Key Responsibilities
- **Full-Cycle Recruitmen**
- t: Source, screen, interview, and assess UAE National candidates for open vacancies across technical, operational, and administrative roles.
- **MOHRE & Nafis Complianc**
- e: Ensure all recruitment practices align with current MOHRE regulations.
- Maximize utilization of th
- e Nafis platfo
- rm for posting roles and tracking candidates.
- **Talent Sourcin**
- g: Leverage specialized channels including Emiratisation databases, LinkedIn, local career fairs, universities, and community networks to build a robust local talent pipelines.
& Qualifications
- **Experien**
- ce: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated experience
- in Emiratisation recruitm
- ent within the private sector.
- **Regulatory Knowled**
- ge: Deep understanding
- of MOHRE regulations, the Nafis progr
- am, and the point/quota systems for private companies.
