Job Description
- Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies across healthcare sub-sectors
- Prepare investment committee papers, board presentations, and stakeholder materials
- Work closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives and expansion projects
- Support strategic initiatives including market entry, consolidation, and exit planning
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analytical support
The Successful Applicant
- UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- 1-5 years of relevant experience within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or consulting
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with solid understanding of financial statements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA (preferred)
- Exposure to Big 4 or leading financial institutions is advantageous
