Senior Associate – Continuous Assurance | Risk & Internal Audit

About This Role
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate to support the rollout of a next-generation continuous assurance framework at Power International Holding (PIH).
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, IT systems, and internal audit, with a strong focus on process redesign, optimization, and digital enablement to support data-driven, real-time assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across Business, IT, and Internal Audit teams
- Perform end-to-end process mapping and critical analysis across core functions
- Identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and optimization opportunities within existing processes
- Lead/support process redesign initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and scalability
- Translate redesigned processes into control frameworks and continuous assurance use cases
- Align business processes with system capabilities and data structures (ERP, reporting layers, automation tools)
- Support development of monitoring dashboards (KPIs, KRIs, KCIs)
- Assist in implementing automated controls and continuous auditing techniques
- Contribute to standardization and harmonization of processes across the group
Qualifications & Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, internal audit, or IT-related roles
- Strong hands-on experience in process mapping, redesign, and optimization (this is key)
- Proven exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent is a plus)
- Good understanding of enterprise systems, preferably SAP
- Exposure to internal audit, risk, or control frameworks is desirable
- Familiarity with data analytics and continuous monitoring concepts is an advantage
