We’re looking for a highly creative Senior Art Director to join our multi award-winning marketing team on a full-time basis at our Dubai, UAE office.

This role will lead our in-house creative team across social media campaigns, product launches, digital content, CRM visuals, animations, in-store branding, and integrated marketing campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes creativity, art direction, and design, understands fast-moving social content, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask across several campaigns simultaneously, and is passionate about creating bold, modern, and culturally relevant work.

· Lead and manage a team of designers and finalizers

· Lead the art direction and visual execution of major campaigns and launches

· Oversee the full creative process from concept to execution

· Develop innovative campaign concepts, visuals, and storytelling ideas

· Create high quality, platform-native social media content with strong engagement and viral potential

· Oversee photography, video shoots and motion graphics

· Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communication materials

· Stay on top of trends and integrate them into campaigns in a relevant and impactful way

· Use AI tools creatively to generate top notch imagery, motion content, storyboards, concepts, and video assets

· Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, CRM, and external partners

· Initiate proactive ideas, collaborations, and creative activations that contribute to business growth

· Mentor and support junior creatives to elevate the overall quality of work

· Ensure high quality execution across all deliverables

· Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

· 6+ years of experience in creative/art direction roles, preferably within F&B or agency environments

· Strong portfolio showcasing art direction, social media, campaigns, and motion work

· Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite

· Strong understanding of AI creative tools for image and video generation

· Strong understanding of social-first content and current digital trends

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

· Animation experience is a major plus
