Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Art Director role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Senior Art Director will oversee creative projects from concept to execution, develop and maintain branding, and ensure alignment with the company’s visual identity.
Responsibilities
include leading art direction, collaborating with teams to deliver innovative design solutions, managing graphic design elements, and ensuring high-quality outcomes that reflect Dunkin’s brand ethos.
The role includes mentoring junior creatives and ensuring delivered work aligns with marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Creative Direction and Art Direction expertise to lead and oversee branding and visual storytelling
- Strong skills in Branding and Graphics with the ability to maintain cohesive design standards across projects
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including designing for digital and print mediums
- Demonstrated ability to manage creative teams and meet project deadlines
- Experience with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or retail is a plus
