Overview
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Art Director for a leading multinational company to lead the development and delivery of high-quality, integrated creative work across campaigns and key brand initiatives.
Working within the Creative Studio team, this role combines hands-on creative expertise with team leadership, overseeing designers, multimedia specialists, and video creatives to deliver cohesive and impactful content across multiple channels.
The role is responsible for transforming creative direction into compelling visual concepts and ensuring consistent execution across campaign assets, including digital content, key visuals, and film.
The ideal candidate will maintain strong creative standards while driving originality, brand consistency, and high-quality creative output.
As the creative lead on assigned projects, the Senior Art Director will manage campaigns from concept to final delivery, guiding teams through collaboration, creative direction, and effective project execution while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Creative Leadership and Concept Development
- Drive the creation of innovative visual concepts and creative directions aligned with project briefs and campaign objectives.
- Partner with copywriters and creative leadership to develop integrated and engaging campaign ideas across multiple platforms.
- Transform strategic goals into impactful visual narratives that strengthen brand communication and audience engagement.
Full Creative Project Management
- Oversee the complete creative process for assigned projects, from initial concept development through to final execution.
- Ensure all creative deliverables, including digital assets, campaign visuals, and video content, maintain a high standard of quality and consistency.
- Maintain a unified visual identity and cohesive creative approach across all campaign materials.
Team Management and Creative Guidance
- Lead and support a team of designers, multimedia creatives, and video specialists.
- Allocate tasks effectively based on project priorities, timelines, and team capabilities.
- Provide clear direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to ensure creative excellence across all outputs.
Hands-On Design and Execution
- Contribute directly to the design and development of key campaign visuals and high-priority creative assets.
- Support critical projects by refining creative execution and enhancing overall visual quality.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and brand teams to align creative work with business objectives.
- Present and communicate creative concepts confidently and effectively to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while preserving the overall creative vision and campaign integrity.
Project Delivery and Workflow Coordination
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to a high creative standard.
- Manage workflows across design, motion graphics, and video production teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
Creative Excellence and Team Development
- Continuously raise the quality and effectiveness of the team’s creative output.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Encourage team growth through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and ongoing creative development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within an advertising agency or a leading in-house creative team.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering integrated campaigns across multiple platforms and channels.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, visual design expertise, and successful campaign execution.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong expertise in visual design, including layout, typography, branding, and visual systems.
- Ability to develop and lead creative concepts from initial idea through final execution.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary creative outputs across design, motion graphics, and video content.
- Solid understanding of production processes across print, digital, and film.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently present creative ideas and concepts.
