Role

Design & Production

• Develop architectural drawings, technical details, and full documentation packages independently, with a strong focus on luxury villa projects.
• Ensure consistency with the agency’s design language, standards, and templates.

Quality Control

• Review, correct, and validate drawings and documents produced by junior and intermediate architects.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for all architectural deliverables.

Team Coordination

• Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring clear instructions and proper understanding.
• Contribute to skills development and technical guidance within the team.

Project & Site Coordination

• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Follow up on drawings during construction phases and ensure alignment between design, approvals, and execution.
• Work closely with the project manager / site team to maintain architectural integrity.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with internal workflows and tools (project tracking, documentation standards).
• Contribute to the improvement of internal methods, templates, and technical documentation.
• Maintain technical awareness through meetings with suppliers, consultants, and industry references.
