Role Description
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements.
- Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions related to architectural and construction works.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, sub-consultants, and other technical professionals throughout all project stages.
- Monitor project progress, construction activities, and workmanship quality to ensure proper implementation of approved designs and procedures.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and as-built drawings submitted by contractors.
- Conduct site inspections, identify defects or non-conformance issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary activities including architectural, structural, MEP, interior fit-out, and external works.
- Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, and site instructions related to project execution.
- Ensure all materials and finishes delivered to site comply with approved specifications and project requirements.
- Participate in technical reviews, value engineering exercises, and design coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, project standards, and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in project handover procedures, final inspections, and close-out documentation.
Qualifications
1.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
2.
Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction projects (villas, buildings, or housing developments).
3.
Minimum 3 years of experience in GCC.
4.
Proven experience in site inspection, supervision, and reporting.
5.
Good understanding of QA/QC standards and site safety regulations.
6.
Proficient in preparing reports, maintaining records, and documenting site progress.
7.
Good communication skills in English.
