• Work you'll do
• As a Specialist, Strategic Market Insights and Thought Leadership on the Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for supporting Deloitte leaders with strategic insights, research, and analysis aligned to priority business initiatives.
• Lead strategic insights projects from scoping through final delivery, including hypothesis development, analysis, synthesis, and executive-ready outputs.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and implications that inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop reports, presentations, and executive briefs tailored to senior stakeholders and aligned to project objectives.
• Collaborate across workstreams to support integrated deliverables, special initiatives, and program priorities.
• Review work from junior team members, provide direction on output structure and quality, and support high standards of accuracy and timeliness.

• Global Strategic Insights Center provides research and program management solutions to global Deloitte Member Firms in support of pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements.
• The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network.

Required

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• 4-6 years of experience in strategy development, strategic insights, management consulting, or support for global CxO offices
• Experience developing strategic insights and recommendations for senior leadership or executive stakeholders
• Experience applying strategy frameworks, including Choice Cascade, Balanced Scorecard, or Strategy Diamond, to business problems
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros
• Experience developing executive presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including data visualization and presentation structuring
• Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools in research, analysis, or content development

Preferred

• Experience supporting go-to-market strategy, eminence, or thought leadership initiatives
• Experience working across multiple workstreams in a global or matrixed organization
• Experience reviewing deliverables and providing feedback to junior team members
• Experience using prompt engineering techniques with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools
