Role overview

Compliance risk management

• Support enterprise compliance risk assessments and maintain the compliance risk register.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and discussions with risk owners and stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and materials for management and governance committees.

Experience and capabilities

• 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise risk assessments, compliance programs, audits, and control monitoring.
• Experience coordinating projects, collaborating across functions, and preparing management-level reports and presentations.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency and knowledge of risk frameworks, methodologies, compliance principles, and regulatory risk management.
• Experience maintaining risk registers, compliance management systems, or similar governance tools.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, defense, transportation, or financial services.
• CCEP, CRMP, CIA, or CRMA certification, or willingness to pursue one.
