Responsibilities
- Lead quality improvement projects and monitor schedules, risks, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Work with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Service teams to deploy initiatives and manage quality risks.
- Investigate non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and present quality metrics; coach teams in FMEA, APQP, PPAP, and risk analysis.
- Maintain and improve the QMS and facilitate cross-functional problem-solving workshops.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of Quality Assurance and Project Management experience in manufacturing or a highly regulated environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, change-management, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. SAP knowledge is an asset.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
