Reporting and planning
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting across markets, clients, products, and sales teams; analyse payment volumes, revenue, rebates, incentives, costs, and profitability.
- Explain budget, forecast, and prior-year variances; prepare executive business review materials and coordinate consistent reporting with Finance, Sales, and Product.
- Coordinate annual budgets, regular forecasts, and long-term plans; build forecasts using client performance, sales pipelines, product adoption, and market assumptions.
- Assess forecast accuracy, challenge assumptions, develop scenarios, and translate regional priorities into measurable targets and milestones.
Analysis, incentives, and decision support
- Build financial and commercial models; analyse large datasets, develop dashboards, automate recurring reporting where practical, and reconcile data across sources.
- Document model assumptions, calculations, and data sources so work can be reviewed and reused.
- Coordinate sales incentive design and target setting; monitor attainment, validate calculations, review attribution and exceptions, and maintain approval records.
- Check incentive calculations and evidence, support formal audits, and escalate discrepancies or process improvements.
- Prepare business cases, assess returns, costs, delivery requirements, and risks, track benefits, and provide analytical support to the SVP.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong understanding of management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and financial controls.
- Advanced Excel and demonstrated financial and data modelling experience.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools; SQL capability is strongly preferred.
- Experience setting, monitoring, or reviewing sales incentive plans and performance targets.
- Ability to explain complex analysis clearly, prepare executive presentations, exercise sound judgement, and challenge unsupported assumptions.
- Strong attention to detail; able to manage competing deadlines and work across regional teams.
Preferred qualifications
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience in payments, banking, financial services, or another transaction-volume business.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales pipeline analysis, and reporting automation.
