AECOM is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor based in Dubai.

The candidate is expected to have 360-degree recruiting experience and build relationships with hiring managers across geographies.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East.
- Develop sourcing strategies using internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct talent mapping and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Build stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and recruitment delivery.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role requirements and organizational fit.
- Provide timely candidate communication, feedback, and support throughout recruitment.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding with the Mobilization team.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS and support reliable reporting.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to business demand.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Familiarity with Middle East markets and recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting technical and engineering roles in a consultancy environment, particularly in transportation and infrastructure.
- Previous experience focused on high-volume recruitment.
Onboarding
- New hires are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
