Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East.
- Source candidates through recruiting systems, job boards, social media, and professional networks; conduct talent mapping and build pipelines.
- Build relationships with regional stakeholders and provide effective recruitment communication and delivery.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates; provide timely feedback and support throughout the candidate process.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding with the Mobilization team.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and meet recruitment KPIs, using performance metrics to adjust strategies to business demand.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting technical and engineering roles in a consultancy, particularly in transportation and infrastructure.
- Previous high-volume recruitment experience.
Onboarding
- New hires are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office as a condition of employment.
