Support organizational objectives through daily administrative and operational activities, stakeholder request resolution, and service improvement.
Strategy and operations
- Analyze recurring issues, stakeholder feedback, and anticipated demand to contribute recommendations to departmental plans.
- Meet assigned response timeliness, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction indicators.
- Support data-driven insights for planning, resource allocation, and decisions.
- Manage stakeholder inquiries, requests, and approvals through designated systems and established service standards.
- Update records and databases, maintain accurate and confidential case documentation, and track escalated matters through resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and prepare periodic operational and statistical reports.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment and cost-effective procurement.
- Oversee office equipment maintenance requests and ensure documents follow approved standards.
- Distribute internal communications and track acknowledgments where required.
Qualifications
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience after high school.
Working conditions
- Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to service providers and vendors.
Salary
- Monthly salary is unspecified.
