Part-time hybrid Senior Accounts Executive role in Sharjah Emirate, UAE.
Oversee client accounts, financial transactions, reporting, and account-related service.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid schedule with flexibility to work remotely for part of the schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage client account portfolios; prepare invoices, monitor receivables and payables, and reconcile accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain client relationships, handle inquiries, and work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve account performance.
- Contribute to process improvement and compliance; update management on account status.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, communication, finance, customer service, and account management skills.
- Relevant experience in an accounts or finance role; corporate or B2B experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel or similar tools.
- Strong organization and time management, including managing accounts and deadlines in a part-time schedule.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
