Handle day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks in a Senior Account Clerk role.
Work part-time in a hybrid arrangement based in Abu Dhabi, combining on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices, track payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and support account management activities.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with audits and help improve accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Use strong analytical skills to review financial data, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies.
- Have foundational finance knowledge, including basic accounting principles and familiarity with invoicing and payment processes.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Apply customer service and account management skills to support inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Be proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- ERP systems experience is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a clerical or accounting support role, preferably in a similar industry, is preferred.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, and time management in a part-time schedule.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- The role is hybrid and based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.
