Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with 5+ years of experience who can independently manage the end-to-end accounting cycle (360° accounting) for a dynamic, multi-department business.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, exceptional reconciliation skills, and the ability to handle complex financial flows across multiple revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities1. 360° Accounting & ERP Management

• Manage complete day-to-day bookkeeping: revenues, expenses, payroll entries, petty cash, procurement, and operational costs
• Accurately enter, review, and validate all transactions in Odoo ERP with proper account and cost center mapping
• Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records and documentation

2. Reconciliations & Financial Accuracy

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of POS, cash, card, and online payments across all departments
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier ledgers, internal MIS reports, and ERP data
• Track and reconcile inventory, consumables, and departmental expenses
• Identify discrepancies proactively and ensure timely resolution

3. VAT & Compliance (UAE)

• Prepare VAT calculations and ensure timely filing support
• Maintain proper VAT documentation in compliance with UAE regulations
• Ensure all invoices and entries adhere to VAT guidelines

4. Payroll & HR Coordination

• Coordinate with HR for payroll processing including attendance, deductions, incentives, and EOS calculations
• Ensure accurate payroll postings in Odoo

5. Departmental & Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial reports for each department: Spa, Salon, Kids, Fitness, Café, and Boutique
• Provide insights on cost optimization, variances, and profitability
• Support management with data-driven financial analysis

6. Controls, Audits & Process Improvement

• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and approval processes
• Support internal and external audits, monthly closing, and year-end procedures
• Contribute to developing and improving finance SOPs and workflows

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or multi-unit operations
• Strong expertise in Odoo ERP (mandatory)
• Proven experience in bank, POS, supplier, and cash reconciliations
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• High level of accuracy, organization, and accountability
• Strong communication skills in English
