- We are seeking an experienced **Senior Accounts Executive/Manager** with a strong background in the **Food & Beverage industry** and hands-on experience with accounting software.
- The ideal candidate must be able to join immediately and will support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.

- Job Role –
- Oversee daily finance and accounts operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control measures
- Supervise accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and ledger activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE statutory requirements
- Assist in audits, taxation, and regulatory filings
- Maintain internal controls and financial procedures
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
- Coordinate and guide the finance & accounts team in daily operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- Professional qualification such as CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA will be an advantage
- 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, preferably in the F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Hands-on experience with audits, taxation, and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with multi-location or multi-unit accounting within the F&B sector is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience
- Accounting: 5 years (Required)
- Team management: 4 years (Required)
