Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define program goals, align offerings with district priorities, and guide content, delivery models, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with CPS stakeholders and use program data and feedback to inform decisions and improvements.
• Guide communications and branding, the online presence, and engagement strategy for Lead with CPS.
• Center access and equity in program design; build partnerships and monitor progress against key performance indicators.
• Conduct virtual meetings and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development; educational or public-sector context is preferred.
• Ability to set strategic vision and long-term plans and translate them into program design and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional facilitation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience evaluating program effectiveness using data and feedback and informing improvement or scaling decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse education and administrative audiences.
• Comfort with remote work and digital collaboration tools; able to maintain virtual presence and responsiveness.
• Commitment to equity, inclusive practices, and expanding staff access to career pathways.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
