Part-time, remote Owner role guiding the vision, growth, and sustainability of a leadership development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Set priorities and oversee program design and alignment across teacher, school leader, and central office initiatives.
- Ensure offerings are equitable and accessible; review performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, direct project leads and partners, support communications, and steward key relationships.
- Ensure resources, tools, and structures support staff development and inclusive leadership practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in organizational leadership, program strategy, or initiative ownership; K–12 education or public service experience is preferred.
- Skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, goal setting, and using data or feedback for continuous improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects remotely with self-direction and follow-through.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and accessible professional development.
- Experience with professional learning, leadership development, or talent management programs is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, organizational leadership, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
