Part-time remote initiative-owner role setting strategic direction for Lead with CPS and aligning it with district-wide leadership and professional development priorities.
Oversees program design and implementation for offerings including Teachers Lead Chicago, CPS School Leaders, and Lead Citywide.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine curricula and monitor program outcomes.
- Use data and feedback to improve access, equity, and program effectiveness.
- Supervise partnerships, manage initiative communications, and encourage staff career development.
- Review participant and staff feedback, adjust strategies, and report progress and impact to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development; education or public sector experience is preferred.
- Ability to design, manage, and improve large-scale programs, including strategic planning and implementation oversight.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; effective collaboration across departments and staff levels.
- Experience using data and feedback to improve programs and advance equity in career pathways and access.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity, manage competing priorities, and adapt to district needs.
- Relevant background in education, HR, leadership coaching, or a related field; an advanced degree is beneficial but not required.
