Role Overview

Accounting Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal-entry transactions.
• Maintain accounting records and general ledgers.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
• Handle petty cash and maintain records.
• Assist with VAT calculations and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax requirements.
• Review transactions, identify discrepancies, and maintain accounting files.
• Assist management with financial analysis and related accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of UAE accounting experience.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Candidates must hold their own or a sponsored visa.
• Immediate joining is preferred.

Compensation

• The stated salary is AED 3,000 per month.
• The posted pay range is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work is performed in person.
