Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and leasing transactions; generate and follow up on leads; assist clients buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Conduct viewings, provide accurate property information, and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Negotiate offers, follow up through transaction completion, and coordinate with owners, developers, landlords, and internal teams.
• Manage listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other relevant platforms; research Dubai market trends and prices.
• Ensure transactions comply with applicable UAE real estate regulations; meet monthly and quarterly targets and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate experience is marked mandatory in one requirement and preferred in a separate experience line.
• A valid UAE driving license is mandatory; strong Dubai market knowledge and proven property sales or leasing experience are required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, sales, and customer-service skills; good knowledge of Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Good command of English is required. Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• The posting states that a company visa will be provided and immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
