Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop sales strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
• Manage client relationships, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and clients.
• Monitor market trends, property prices, and competitor activity.
• Ensure proper use of Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Track team performance, prepare reports, and update management.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and RERA requirements.
• Train and guide sales agents.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience; Dubai experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing a real estate sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and real estate procedures.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and close property deals.
• RERA certification is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is advantageous.
