Hiring a Senior Accountant and Finance professional with mandatory F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry experience of at least five years.
The role requires strong financial control, F&B costing expertise, and hands-on operational accounting.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee food and beverage costing, cost variance analysis, and monthly stock counts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss statements, and management reports.
- Handle month-end closing and budget-versus-actual reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing.
- Coordinate with outlet managers, purchasing teams, and auditors.
Requirements
- At least five years of accounting experience in the F&B, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Experience in fine dining or premium restaurant operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, inventory reconciliation, and F&B costing.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, advanced MS Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Available to join immediately, within one week.
Pay
- AED 6,000–6,500 per month.
