The Junior Waiter supports the restaurant service team and guest experience in a fine dining environment.
The role assists with food and beverage service, table preparation, guest requests, and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously and professionally.
- Present menus and provide accurate food, beverage, and alcoholic drink information.
- Take guest orders and communicate them accurately to kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to fine dining standards.
- Set, clean, and maintain tables throughout service.
- Assist senior waiters with guest service and operational needs.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications and physical requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude; basic English communication skills.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry serving trays and restaurant supplies.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,400–4,500 per month.
