About the Role
Hiring a Senior Accountant with mandatory hospitality or restaurant industry experience of at least five years.
The role requires expertise in cost control, F&B costing, and compliance reporting.
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and daily accounting operations.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, variances, and monthly stock counts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, profit and loss statements, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax filing requirements.
- Coordinate with outlet managers, purchasing teams, and auditors.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of accounting experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry; fine dining experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, advanced MS Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, F&B costing, and inventory reconciliation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce is preferred.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Available to join immediately, within one week.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 6,500 per month.
