Role Description
- We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team, supporting multi-location F&B operations across the UAE.
- This role requires someone who can own the numbers end-to-end — from invoice booking to closing the books.
- 🔹 Role Overview
- You will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP)
- Booking all invoices accurately:
- – F&B supplier invoices
- – Landlord / lease invoices
- – Utilities & operational expenses
- Ensuring proper PO & GRN matching (Supy integration)
- Handling vendor reconciliations and supplier coordination
- Leading monthly book closing (accruals, prepayments, provisions)
- Supporting P&L preparation and variance analysis
- Maintaining strong GL control and reconciliations
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance
- 🔹 Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of accounting experience
- F&B / Restaurant experience in UAE is mandatory
- Supy experience is mandatory
- Experience in ERP/accounting systems

- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy
- Experience in month-end closing
- Strong communication & supplier management skills
