Job Title - Senior Accountant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Senior Accountant** to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
The Ideal Candidate from construction or interior fitout company preferred
Responsibilities
-Verifying all **Subcontractors invoices** with supporting documents including work assessment form and process payments.
-Client Invoicing & Payments
- Submitting quotations to clients and conducting follow-ups
- -Notifying sites and office team about the approved quotations
- Submitting payroll for Management review
- -Preparing and uploading WPS & NON-WPS SIF files
- -Providing required data and assisting Finance Director in Archdesk ERP system configuration and implementation
- -Setting up, configuring, and managing ZOHO applications for DMDC Woodworks as of now and in future, facilitating migration to Archdesk.
-Reports
- Updating Project Sheet for CEO
- Updating Project Milestone sheet
Daily And Weekly Receivable Updates
-Verify suppliers invoices for accuracy and completeness.
-VAT and corporate Tax-checking vat report with the system.
-Reconciling **VAT ledgers**
-Preferred experience in **construction industry/ relevant industry**
-**Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, B.COM or BBA, CA,** from an accredited university with a major in the field of cost accounting.
-Minimum **4-5 Years of experience in the relevant field.**
-Candidate must have **UAE experience.**
-Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
