Job Title - Joinery Foreman
A **joinery foreman** is a supervisor responsible for overseeing joinery and woodworking operations, typically in construction, interior fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or carpentry workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising joiners, carpenters, and workshop staff.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Planning and assigning daily work activities.
- Monitoring production quality and workmanship.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing materials, tools, and equipment.
- Enforcing health and safety procedures.
- Coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and clients.
- Inspecting finished work and resolving quality issues
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and woodworking techniques.
- Ability to read technical and shop drawings.
- **4+years** of UAE Experience is mandatory
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Understanding of workplace safety regulations.
- Immediate Joining preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
