Job Title -Packing Foreman (Joinery)

Job Summary:

The Packing Foreman is responsible for supervising packing staff, ensuring products are packed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. This role involves coordinating daily packing activities, maintaining quality control, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily packing operations
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of packing staff
• Ensure products are packed according to company specifications and quality standards
• Inspect packed goods for accuracy, labeling, and damage
• Maintain production schedules and meet deadlines
• Train new employees on packing procedures and safety guidelines
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Manage packing materials and report shortages
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
• Prepare reports on packing output, errors, and productivity

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
• Proven experience in packing, warehousing, or manufacturing
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and reporting
• Good communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse or factory environment
• May require standing for long periods
• Ability to lift and move heavy items

Immediate joining preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
