Overview
- **Financial Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- **General Ledger & Reconciliation:** Maintain the general ledger, reconcile bank accounts, and ensure accuracy in accounts payable/receivable.
- **Bookkeeping & Payroll:** Administer full-cycle payroll, manage bank transactions, and oversee cash flow.
- **Compliance & Tax:** File sales tax, payroll tax, and prepare documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
- **Supervision & Support:** Mentor junior bookkeepers, improve accounting procedures, and assist management with budgeting/forecasting.
