We are seeking a highly skilled, discreet, and solutions-oriented Internal Accountant to manage the financial operations of a diverse group of companies (5–8 entities) while also supporting a portfolio of third-party clients with outsourced accounting services.

The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, creative in problem-solving, and capable of operating in a dynamic business environment that demands accuracy, confidentiality, and proactive thinking.

a)Manage day-to-day accounting for 5–8 internal entities across the group.

b)Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and cash-flow updates.

c)Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany balancing.

d)Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

e)Implement and strengthen internal controls and accounting best practices.

f)Manage all invoicing and AP/AR functions.

a)Deliver high-quality accounting services to designated external clients.

b)Prepare financial statements, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reports for client accounts.

c)Liaise directly with client representatives while maintaining absolute discretion and professionalism.

d)Identify opportunities to enhance client accounting workflows and service delivery.

a)Ensure all internal entities and assigned external clients are fully compliant with tax regulations.

b)Prepare or review VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and other statutory submissions proactively.

c)Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors where required.

d)Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on tax-efficient structures and compliance obligations.

a)Contribute to financial structuring, reorganizations, and intercompany frameworks.

b)Assist with the creation, review, and analysis of new entity setups, corporate structures, and financial models.

c)Support management on special projects, including system implementation, consolidations, and cross-functional initiatives.

d)Provide creative solutions to financial and operational challenges, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

a)Handle highly sensitive financial information for both internal entities and third-party clients.

b)Uphold strict confidentiality standards in all interactions and data management.

c)Safeguard client information and internal records as part of daily operations.

◆Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA) preferred.

◆4–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally covering multi-entity environments.

◆Experience with outsourced accounting or client service roles is a strong asset.

◆Strong understanding of tax compliance, financial reporting, and corporate structures.

◆Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, Oracle NetSuite) and Excel.

◆High sense of initiative, creativity, and ownership in improving processes.

◆Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or Russian preferred.
