Overview

· Ensure that all **daily accounting operations** are conducted in compliance with applicable legislation and company procedures; escalate any issues to management when required.

· Coordinate **income and expense tracking and accounting processes**; ensure all records are accurate, complete, and recorded on a timely basis.

· Organize and oversee **period-end closing activities**; ensure the preparation of required reports and financial statements.

· Review and control accounting records; identify any discrepancies or irregularities and ensure timely correction.

· Lead the preparation of **tax declarations** (VAT, Corporate Tax, etc.) and ensure accurate and timely submission.

· Monitor compliance with **tax regulations**; stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure proper implementation within processes.

· Ensure timely payments of Salaries, EOS and other statutory obligations.

· Lead the preparation of reports and documentation required by **tax authorities and other regulatory bodies**.

· Coordinate the preparation of **financial statements** (balance sheet, income statement, etc.); perform analysis and present insights to senior management.

· Conduct **financial analysis** based on company data; provide regular reports and support management decision-making.

· Support **external audit processes** by preparing required documentation and actively coordinating with auditors.

· Ensure effective use of **ERP and accounting systems**; contribute to the development of digital reporting and system integration processes.

· Manage **e-invoicing** ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

· Prepare and report **daily cash and bank reports** to senior management.

· Execute **salary and supplier payments** through online banking systems in line with approval protocols.

· Perform **depreciation calculations** and ensure proper valuation of company assets.

· Monitor and support **valuation processes** for land, buildings, and equipment; ensure accurate reporting.

· Manage and follow up on **ICV certification processes**.

· Ensure that all departmental activities are carried out in line with **company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) rules, and ethical standards**.

· Manage the accountant.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience

Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Ofis ve Windows application, Profeciency with accounting and payroll systems.
