About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a qualified Emirati Accountant with Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles to work in our Jebel Ali office

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments
- Record incoming payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and monitor overdue balances
- Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules and account queries
- Support monthly closing and financial reporting activities
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and customer communications
- Assist in credit control and collection activities
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable is a must
