About This Role
Overview
Whitehall & Company is hiring a
high-performing accountant
to operate as the
interface between senior leadership and execution teams
.
This is not a bookkeeping role.
It is a
client-facing, quality control, and coordination position
, ensuring that accounting outputs meet international standards and are delivered with clarity and precision.
You will work directly with leadership and oversee accounting delivery across multiple international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the
- bridge between leadership and accounting teams
- **Review and elevate accounting outputs before client delivery**
- **Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations**
- **Manage communication with international clients**
- **Coordinate multi-entity and cross-border engagements**
- **Improve internal processes and reporting quality**
- **Support onboarding of new clients and structuring of accounting frameworks**
Qualifications
- **ACA (ICAEW), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent internationally recognized qualification**
- **3 to 5 years post-qualification experience preferred**
Experience
- Background in
- audit, accounting, or advisory firms
- **Exposure to international or multi-entity environments**
- **Prior client-facing experience**
- is highly valued
Language & Communication
- **Native speaker of one of the following languages:**
- Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian.
- **Professional English**
(mandatory)
- Ability to communicate financial matters clearly and professionally

Compensation & Benefits

- AED 14,000 per month (depending on profile)
